1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rocket DFS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Rocket DFS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Be located in a jurisdiction where daily fantasy sports are legal
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Have only one account per person
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Rocket DFS of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Contest Rules
All contests are subject to specific rules and regulations. By entering a contest, you agree to abide by these rules. Rocket DFS reserves the right to cancel or modify contests at any time.
5. Payments and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed securely through our payment partners. Winnings are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to identity verification (see below).
- Minimum deposit: $10. You may deposit any amount at or above this minimum.
- Minimum withdrawal: $20.
- Withdrawal method & timing: approved withdrawals are returned to the verified payment method you used to fund your account and typically settle within 1–3 business days.
- Fees: Rocket DFS does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee, and we do not pass payment-processing or card-network fees on to you as a separate charge.
- Verification holds:"subject to verification" means that before your first withdrawal we complete a one-time identity check (KYC) and screen each withdrawal for fraud. A withdrawal is held only until that review completes — if we need additional documentation we will contact you. Verification is required by state regulators and protects your account.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems or bots
- Collude with other users

All content on Rocket DFS, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Rocket DFS and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rocket DFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
Rocket DFS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
