Free agency, but you have skin in every deal.
Free Agent Frenzy spans the legal tampering window through the first week of NFL free agency. You're handed a board of the top free agents and asked the only question that matters at the negotiating table: where does this guy land?
It's a slower-burn contest than Draft Baron — you get days, not hours — but the scoring runs constantly. Every Schefter tweet is a leaderboard event.
Your card lists the top free agents (typically 20–40 names, depending on the year). For each, you pick a destination team and an estimated contract tier. As deals break across the league, your card scores automatically. There's no waiting for a settlement period — if the news hits, the points are awarded.
Runs every March during the NFL legal tampering and free agency windows. Cards stay open for the duration of the window (typically 5–7 days). New contests spin up each year as the calendar approaches.
You enter a 30-name contest on Sunday night. Monday at 4pm a star edge rusher signs with Houston — you had Houston, with the right position → 8 points.
Tuesday morning a journeyman safety signs with Pittsburgh — you had Cleveland but called the right position → 3 partial points. Tuesday afternoon a wide receiver is traded instead of signed, and you called the trade → +3 bonus.
By the time the dust settles Friday, you've scored against 18 of 30 names and you're sitting in the top 5%. Payouts settle when the contest window closes.
We’re opening contests to waitlist members first. No spam, one email when Free Agent Frenzy goes live.
