ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Our commitment

Rocket DFS is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as a core part of how we build and maintain the product.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

As a regulated daily fantasy sports product available to adults 18 and over across 42 U.S. jurisdictions, we hold our public-facing surfaces — sign-up, deposits, contests, withdrawals, and responsible-play tools — to this standard so that eligibility, financial, and responsible-gaming information is reachable by everyone.

What we do

  • Associate every form field with a programmatic label so screen readers announce its purpose
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content, including timers and animated numeric displays
  • Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
  • Use semantic landmarks, headings, and ARIA roles so pages can be navigated structurally
  • Maintain color contrast that meets the AA threshold for text and interactive controls
  • Announce status and error messages to assistive technologies using live regions

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively identifying and remediating issues, and third-party content or integrations may occasionally fall short of our target. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it.

Report an access barrier

If you experience any difficulty accessing part of Rocket DFS, or you need information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information, service, or transaction you are trying to complete. We aim to respond within five business days.

Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using so we can reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

Ongoing review

We review this statement and our accessibility practices regularly, and we update it as the platform evolves and as we resolve known issues. This statement was last reviewed on June 27, 2026.
